Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. We accept exchange(s).

We accept exchange(s) within 30days of order received date.

Exchange(s) are free. Please contact us for free exchange(s).

How long does it take to process exchange(s)?
It takes at least 3-5weeks to process an exchange(s). Might take longer for multiple products at the same time.

2. Shipping

Where do you ship?
We primarily ship all over North America. Worldwide shipping is available. 

How long does it take to ship my order?
Each order takes 2-5 business days to get it ready and ship. Delivery takes 2-4weeks depending on destination.

Do you offer fast shipping?
No. All shipping takes the same amount of time. 

How can I track my package?
Please check your emails, once order is shipped we will send you a tracking link.

3. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major methods of payment. We have plans on integrating crypto currency in the future.

Which currency will I be charged in?
You will be charged in your native currency.

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?
No.

Can I change my order?
You can change your order within the 3hrs of putting the order. In any case please contact us and we will be happy to assist you as much as we can.

Do you offer a referral program? How does it work?
We do not have a referral program as of right now. However, we do plan on getting a referral program introduced soon.
